Emmanuel and Zawadi Baya
Boy and Girl, 4 & 2 years old
Zawadi (2), her brother Emmanuel (4) and three other siblings live with their mother and grandmother in Misufini Village. Their father died falling out of a coconut tree. After his death his family chased their mother and all the children away. They fled to the mother’s home village and now live with the 95 year old grandmother. Emmanuel attends the Imani Project Preschool. Both children enjoy playing and helping their mother in the garden. Zawadi and Emmanuel are sponsored by Laura Davis.
