Emily lives with her mother and 4 siblings in Mwele Village. She attends preschool at Mweke Primary School. Emily’s father was killed by gangsters in June 2022. Her mother tries to provide for her family by collecting wood in the forest and selling it to neighbors. The family’s living condition is very poor and Emily has an upper respiratory infection. They are in need of food, school fees and most basic needs but this should change soon. Emily has just been sponsored by Teresa Guistina
